We stayed in the queen room and loved it. Perfect location, Miami International airport was 12 miles away...

It was a great experience & staff were fabulous! The room was pretty and we loved the stay. We found Leynia to dine in 300 metres from the hotel.

Beautiful, newly renovated and furnished with style. The location is perfect and the staff very nice and helpful. The breakfast is also very good for local conditions. The hotel may have had some inconveniences during the renovation phase (various replicas), but currently it is also perfect for a family. We had a king size suite with 2 bathrooms.
If you are looking for a quiet place to stay, this place is not for you.

Was worth its price. Very friendly staff. Beach access and towels included.
Music festival at the beginning. Therefore much noise. Was not announced before.

Large clean room with perfect sea view. Breakfast very good for American standards
Very loud music from the neighbouring hotel

The location is fantastic, the staff could not have been more friendly, and the room was very nice and comfortable.
The room rate is pricey, but not unexpected for a well-appointed, spacious room at a beachfront property. Bar and restaurant not open in the evening.

The staff were helpful
Our original room was terrible tiny and dark . But the upgrade to the sagamore suite was 10 times better.

The position of the hotel, on the Ocean and near the shopping/restaurant street of Lincoln and Ocean Drive makes it a prime site of Miami Beach. Great morning breakfast (advisable to buy the Premium package that include breakfast and sunchair at the beach for $29 a day)
Staff sometime slow, expecially the guys at the beach. The standard room we booked was quite basic, we upgrade for an extra $100 a day for an excellent Ocean view suite. Carefull when paying, they charge an extra deposit that I'm waiting to get credited back (1 week approx $400)

Very good location. Pleasant place. Very kind staff. Beautiful beach.
Comfort of the bedding: pretty poor beds and that of the children was an old sofa reads. Rooms called "Suites" are not real "suites". Rooms are disappointing with regard to the establishment.

The noise from the neighboring hotel was unbearable. Windows were not soundproof and there was loud music from next door all night and all day.

Staff was really friendly and courteous.
I stayed in a bungalow and there were literally mosquitos everywhere. The hotel could only keep bringing me bug spray and off but I do not like chemicals so I was hesitant to use them. I have several bites and was really uncomfortable. I wish I could have had something done about that.

Location and ocean views.
The food around the pool was poor. The plastic cutlery was terrible. Some nights no turn down service for the room. The restaurant was badly located. The bars were closed which gave the impression that the hotel was empty and not happening. The noise level from the National Hotel was idiotically loud.
